Our creative teams are lined up right from the start on every brief as they also want to know first hand what the communication challenge is. And yes, they ask weird and sometimes annoying questions. But by involving the teams in this stage we are able to work more efficiently.
We like to involve our clients in the creative process. We call this the Creative Scrum. During the Creative Scrum we present multiple creative possibilities on the brief. Together we decide on the best route, which we then further translate into a final concept.
This way we prevent losing time and ensure we are focusing all of our efforts on creating distinctive work with the most impact and effect.
