The Idea

Hospitality is the worst paying industry in the Netherlands. To show everybody the importance of good personnel in the industry we opened Foodsy, the first restaurant without personnel.
But we also wanted to show employers the importance of a good hospitality staff. We therefore brought Foodsy to the Horecava (Fair for the Dutch hospitality industry). We organized a series of cook-offs where normal people tried to cook simple restaurant meals. The results? Our stomachs are still recovering.
